HOLLYWOODCLICKS values the privacy of its Members and is committed to protecting all member's personal information. We know that you care about how your personal information is shared and used and we appreciate that you trust that we will use this information carefully and responsibly. 	During the registration process at HOLLYWOODCLICKS, we ask for specific information about you. This information includes but is not limited to your email address, full name, NRIC/ID, delivery address, telephone number, and credit card information. We collect this information in order to process your movie rentals (which includes mailing DVD's to you by post), keeping you updated on the status of your orders and for billing purposes. We may at times have special offers or promotional information relating to our products and services, which may be of interest to you. Your personal information will be used to send these offers to you. Our database will store your personal information in a secure manner so that enjoying movie rentals with HOLLYWOODCLICKS is quick and easy.
	3. Release of Information
	We do not use or disclose any of your personal information to any third parties except as outlined in this section. The nature of our business is such that we employ or contract with other companies, agents and suppliers to perform various services so that we may offer our products and services to you. Credit card companies used to process your payments, companies which help us customize our website, customer service representatives who may help us better understand our customers needs and conventional mail delivery providers (currently Singapore Post) are but a few such examples of those with whom we do business. HOLLYWOODCLICKS will not be held liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of this personal information by any of our trading partners. HOLLYWOODCLICKS will always disclose information to the relevant parties when required by law.
	4. Passwords
	Should you forget your password, we will randomly generate a new password for you, and then send that new password to you via email. We will NOT send your old password to you. This practice is to protect your personal password and overall privacy.
